The Community Land Trust of the Southern Berkshires was established in 1980. It is made up of members from the local community, and is governed by a Board of Directors elected by the membership. General membership meetings are held once a year to both address the business of the CLT and bring in relevant speakers to the community. CLT By-laws are available here.
